End User License Agreement
Please read this End User License Agreement carefully before using our services.
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding legal agreement between you and RustSurvivor regarding your use of the RustSurvivor web dashboard, Discord bot, Telegram alert delivery, and the RustSurvivor SmartIntel browser extension (Chrome Web Store and Firefox Add-ons) together with all related services (the "Software"). By logging in via Steam, adding the bot to your Discord server, or installing the browser extension, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
RustSurvivor grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Software strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Software.
- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Software.
- Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of RustSurvivor or its affiliates.
The Software, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of RustSurvivor.
Non-Affiliation Disclaimer
RustSurvivor is a community-created tool and is not affiliated with Steam or Facepunch. "Rust" and related assets are trademarks of Facepunch Studios.
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or RustSurvivor. RustSurvivor may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from RustSurvivor, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, your account and all associated tokens will be permanently revoked.
The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, RustSurvivor explicitly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise.
Specifically, RustSurvivor makes no representation or warranty of any kind regarding the reliability, stability, or uptime of integration directly dependent on third-party APIs (such as Rust+, Discord, Telegram, BattleMetrics or Steam).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall RustSurvivor or its operators be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data to virtual properties/bases in Rust, or business interruption) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Software.
