Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using the RustSurvivor platform and services.
By accessing, registering for, or using the RustSurvivor website, Discord bot, or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
RustSurvivor is an integration tool that bridges the Rust+ API with Discord, allowing users to receive game notifications, control smart devices, and manage their Rust gaming experience through automated bots and web dashboards.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Utilize the service for any illegal, malicious, or abusive purposes, including overloading Facepunch/Steam servers.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, hack, or exploit the software or APIs.
- Share your authentication tokens or account access with unauthorized third parties.
- Sell, rent, or commercialize access to the Service without our explicit written consent.
Non-Affiliation Notice
RustSurvivor is a community-created tool and is not affiliated with Steam or Facepunch. "Rust" and related assets are trademarks of Facepunch Studios.
- Subscriptions: Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly that renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal (the "Manage subscription" button on the Pro page); Pro then stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and is not charged again. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never receive or store your card details. Your subscription state (plan, activation, expiry) is tied to your Steam account.
- Free Trial: When offered, the free Pro trial is limited to one claim per account. Claiming it on multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in suspension of access.
- Refunds: Because access is delivered instantly, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access is activated. Billing errors or duplicate charges will always be corrected - contact us and we will make it right.
- Service Basis: The materials on RustSurvivor are provided on an 'as is' basis. RustSurvivor makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the uptime of the Rust+ API, the delivery of Discord or Telegram notifications, or fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall RustSurvivor or its operators be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, in-game losses, damages for loss of data, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service. We are not responsible for events occurring within the game 'Rust' due to delayed or failed alerts.
