How do I use console commands in Rust?

Press F1 in game to open the console, paste the command and press Enter. Every command on this page has a copy button, so you can copy a line here and paste it straight into the console. For an autorun or crouch-jump bind, the keybind builder writes the bind line for you and keeps your own binds on this page.

How do I make someone admin on my Rust server?

From RCON or the server console, run ownerid <steamid64> "<name>" for a full admin or moderatorid <steamid64> "<name>" for a moderator, then server.writecfg so it is kept after a restart. The player has to reconnect to get it. The Admin filter on this page lists the admin commands (kick, ban, teleport, spawn, weather and more); they only work for server admins or over RCON.
